Services: Fellowship Hall

Our Fellowship Hall is not only suitable for wedding receptions, but is also appropriate for other events, such as anniversary parties and business meetings. If you have an unusual request, feel free to call us at 972-937-2677.
Occupancy: The Francesca Chapel's Fellowship Hall holds a maximum of eighty (80) people including caterers.
Fellowship Hall Rental Rate: $ 400.00
- Payment of this fee secures use of the Fellowship Hall for a maximum of 6 hours on the day of the rehearsal dinner or reception.
- Deposit of full rental is required to secure the reservation. $200.00 is nonrefundable. The remaining $200.00 of the rental fee is refundable for up to one month before the ceremony. After this deadline, there is no refund.
- Lessee must subscribe to and sign the rules and regulations with submission of the deposit.
- The Francesca Chapel does not supply dishes or any other services. We provide a building equiped with a functioning kitchen for the caterers use. We also have a limited number of folding chairs and tables in the Fellowship Hall. Use of this furniture is included in the rental rate. However, if the lessee needs additional furniture, they may rent it along with dishes, etc., from a party supply company.
