Services: Chapel Rental
These rates are effective August 2005 and may changed without advance notice.
Occupancy: The Francesca Chapel holds eighty (80) people maximum, including the wedding party.
Chapel Rental Rate: $ 500.00
- Payment of this fee secures use of the Chapel for a maximum of 2 hours rehearsal on or before the day of the wedding; and 2 hours for the actual wedding ceremony. (Earlier access for set-up is negotiable).
- Deposit of full rental is required to secure the reservation. $250.00 is nonrefundable. The remaining $250.00 of the rental fee is refundable for up to one month before the ceremony. After this deadline, there is no refund.
- Open flames (candles) may be used on the altar only. No other open flames (including free-standing Unity candles, candelabras, or any other kinds of fueled lanterns may be used anywhere else in the building).
Damage Deposit: $250.00
- After the wedding ceremony (and/or reception) is over, a representative of the Francesca Chapel will perform a walkthrough to confirm that no damage has be caused by the lessee. If no damage has been found, the FULL damage deposit will be refunded to the lessee.
Many wedding ceremonies are performed in the Francesca Chapel, and receptions are moved to other venues. However, The Francesca Chapel does have accommodations for small receptions in its fellowship hall. In the event the bride and groom choose to have their receptions at this venue, a separate rate has been established.
